Typing, word processing, administration,

i work for a rental company City Bridge Development focusing mostly on rentals ,its been almost a year with them i have been working well with my co-workers, our head office is based in Cape Town i'm based in Johannesburg, we are a team of 4 in the office, Property Administrator, Manager, Maintenance Man, Body Corp rate Care Taker

Pros: able to work under pressure, and working in a team,
Cons: able to meet deadline, if request i'm able to work extra hours

Typing, word processing, administration,

filing, drafting Lease Contract, credit checks, follow ups on non paying tenant, issuing letter of demand, property inspections, customer care, issuing occupation docs, collecting fica documents from clients

Pros: acquired many skill and ability to deal with clients, handle problems
Cons: i have worked long hours when there is a deadline to be met, and offer service to clients upon request
