I work with a highly committed workforce

I work from 07:30 am to 17:00pm, Mondays to Friday and from 08:00am to 13:00pm on Saturdays. Typical work day involves selling Peugeot and Citroen vehicle parts to over-the-counter customers as well as our Service workshop. Ordering of parts from PCSA to meet customer needs. Constantly update customer on delivery timelines for their orders and resolve any issues relating to incorrectly supplied parts, invoicing issues, refunds if need be in order to meet customer satisfaction A good working relationship with my co-workers Learnt to meet and exceed customer expectations by offering our customers excellent service and ensure loyal customers are maintained. The compliments I receive from some customers after getting an excellent service. Difficult customers are hard to please no matter what you do. I deal with such ones in a strictly professional manner.

Pros: It is a newly established dealership with potential to grow
Cons: No incentive for working long hours

EXPERIENCE GAINED

VERY STRESSFUL,SHORT STAFFED WHERE BY I AM EXPECTED TO FILL IN 4 POSITIONS BUT I AM VERY GLAD FOR THAT BECAUSE TODAY I CAN DO LOTS OF THINGS WITH CONFIDENCE OUR TEAM IS A VERY SMALL TEAM BUT THE RELATIONSHIP IS VERY GOOD SOMETIMES THE PRESSURE GETS TOO MUCH BUT NOTHING WE CANNOT HANDLE

Pros: IT IS A PLATFORM TO GROW
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS AND WORK LOAD DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGE
