I learn a lot about property

I have learnt how to deal with different culture , how to organise event, board meetings, how to lassist tenant to apply for renting flats, houses , offices and shop. How to control access control for staff , Learnt how to manage staff and aslo controll staff welfare. I enjoy most managing, events, problem solving, controlling staff welfare like ( uniform arranging, staff party, and year end party) The most challenging aspects was dealing with difficult tenant quering their rent, maintenance but it was very interesting at the end. Controlling staff leave and attendance register,

Pros: I am willing to grow and be promoted to senior position
Cons: I am available to work any hours

I am punctual, team work, learning to learn more and grow in the company. I will treat customers as king and queen and go extra miles for customers. good communicator and listen to the cutomers needs.

Good learner and willing to grow

Good relationship with my co-worker, I have learnt a lot about property, lease, rental. I enjoyed a lot dealing with event management, resolving tenant queries, the most challenging aspects is when dealing with tenant query and you can't get solution to it. Handling desciplinary for staff.

I learn a lot about property and event management

My typical work day is controlling staff register every morning, stationery, managing cleaning staff, managing staff welfare, good relationship with co-workers, assisting in HR department, client and staff problem solving, managing the recetionist lady and switchboard. sending staff attendance register report everyday to HR and CEO., ordering office furniture and staff grocery. Running the booking of rooftop for events, staff party and christmas party, arranging boardmeeting lunch. I have learnt a lot how to deal with property, event managing and aslo managing staff. What I enjoed most, is dealing with tenant query, organising events, party and christamas party.
