Adhere to schedules to ensure customer service is delivered at the required intervals

My days at work are hectic especially Fridays when customers remember they have no stock for the weekend or forgot to log a call for a service of their machine, where half my team members are attending sales meeting, my dispatch is not answering their lines and management is not available to approve anything. I have learnt that if I am calm, customers are calm, learnt to listen with empathy and put myself in the shoes of the customer, even if I am unable to assist, they walk away knowing that I tried, I cared and I listened and that I might not have been able to assist on a Friday afternoon but I will make a plan for Monday. Most enjoy a closed sale and satisfied customers. Challenges happen daily with no stock, non or late deliveries however I have learnt that open communication to customers goes a long way. They love being kept on the loop.

No limit for growth when there's an opportunity

I started at a very low position but because I like growth and learning new things in this 7 years I have been promoted 4 times.My previous position I was a trainer and it felt so good giving back to people then I joined events department where I interacted direct with celebrities . I now travel a lot auditing our customers from pretoria to Polokwane and train them where a need arises. Challenges :when you have to deal with rude or racist clients where sometimes you have to swallow even if it's bitter. I enjoy working unsupervised and my own schedule.

Pros: Growth and fun
Cons: Being booked away from home without taking your family,am a married man.

Intricate & slow bussiness model

I got head hunted for the role. I left a smaller company which dealt with retailers in which I succeeded in turning around. The challenges in the new role were that the team ethos was down when I joined. There had been a number of Regional Managers before my time over a span of 8 years. I managed to get the team ethos right as for me this is vital for the business to go forward. I work with team rather than demand from a team, but its not about popularity, its about motivation. I learn that a big corporate cannot change quickly especially if they have operated in the same manner for years. I enjoyed my relationships with some of the team members. These are key relationships for me. In the previous roles I found it imperative to have relationships with key channels and customers to gain foot hold and growth among retailers.

I love challenges

I enjoying working at Ciro Beverage Solutions. it can be very busy sometimes but l enjoy working under pressure and l love challenge, learning new things everyday. I am a go getter and there is team work between my collegues. I also assist a project manager with office administration work and also coordinate meetings. l love taking an initiative and l work well with a minimum supervision

Pros: I think l will learn more as an individual
Cons: I am a go getter and l can handle pressure
