I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only my boss, but also the people I work with.

In a typical day I fulfilled my daily tasks of establishing new clients and closing sales, as well as overseeing a staff of seven individuals/colleagues who are new in the business with how to sign up clients. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including answering phones, drafting documents and emails and filing. I also provided strong customer service and resolved customer issues.

Pros: With my previous company, I greatly admired their support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training and their flexible scheduling allowed me to complete my Diploma A+ N+ while working there. This same reason was one of the things that drew me most to my current employer becuase they offer continuing education benefits and show great love for their employees.
Cons: I love to generate new client through reputed source and opportunity to work with dynamic leader.

Good learning lesson

On a typical day I post and give out flyers from area to area. I get a call explain the product and wait for a possible meeting, we agree and fill in forms then I go had in application in the office then wait for money to set in.

Pros: Great position if you hate being indoors
Cons: Marketing if you not good your salary will show

Fast paced environment

Our department consists of a team of 10 employees. We process about 150 loan applications per day. When an application is brought to the office i start off by confirming the potential clients employment with his/her human resources manager. There after i run a quick credit check using compuscan. If no red flags pop up then i capture the application on our system and give the application to my approvals manager for final approval. Once the loan is approved i then call the customer and inform him of his loan approval as well as explain the terms & conditions.

Pros: Good incentives
Cons: Required to work one Saturday per month

Good learning

I worked as agent. The job was about marketing and also advertising along with loan. This job was all about meeting our customers need in a way. We were making communication with our clients personally and also over a phone call.

Pros: The commutation was enjoyable.
Cons: Work environment was not good

Excellent learning curve

working at circle finance is the most easy work I can do because we have a target to reach and work at your own pace and time. but the remuneration is below average due to the fact that we earn per client and also there are many businesses that have emerged with similar services

working at circle finance is the most easy work I can do because we have a target to reach and work at your own pace and time. but the remuneration is below average due to the fact that we earn per client and also there are many businesses that have emerged with similar services

Excellent communication skill

Its great working at this company because we set our own pace and target, the harder you work the more you receive its like I am my own employer.but remuneration is low naturally. I got to interact with different people with different attitude and get to improve or evolve my style or strategy of work everyday

Hunger for success

I'm an open minded person, love working with people and I also love working under pressure. I believe that whatever knowledge and skills I have will bring a difference in the company that will hire me. I also love working over time to keep my work on standard and to bring profit into the company. Thank you
