Disappointing, time waisted and in these times you still find companies that behave lawlessly. No respect, no balance, uneducated and soul-destroying. HR is basically in human.

Hard working and supportive team that takes on any problem

We We have have a very informal, mature and we respect eacmmmmmmmmmmh other onship gsomehow I can't see what I've typed in this text box but the cursor keeps moving.

Excellent learning curve

Working conditions are of exceptional quality. Most days are average due to the fact that I am familiar with the work that I am supposed to produce. Work life for me gets exciting when I am tasked with projects. These consist mostly of payroll and capital expenditure. A challenging aspect is when I am provided with raw / incomplete data and I have to produce accurate financial schedules. Working hard is no longer a pre-requisite, you have to work smart as well.

Pros: Company is performance driven
Cons: Even if you do perform, you are not rewarded

Can easily adapt

Worked at cipla as inservice trainnee had a good realtionship with tge engineering team especially the artisans because they were the ones i always asked questions with

I am a self motivated person with high integrity, discipline and uncompromised in terms of quality, assertive with interpersonal, leadership, numerical, attention to retail and good communication skills. I am competent person always willing and easy to learn new things every time and with ability to withstand pressure. I am a bright gentlemen who is comfortable working with different people from different walks of life. I can work effectively in grop and can also work independently and always strive to be the best individual. I have a passion of producing work that is high quality. Good communication skills

At my work place we have many employers who I have to look after in terms of their personality sending them birthday list emails. I have a good relationship with my manager and all workers as a whole. We can work as a team and we like family by now. I have learnt to be responsible and talk with respect with anyone. I enjoy every second Friday when we having our team meeting with our reps so that we can have a little chat how is the business doing. The most challenging moments in my work place is when the customer phone and ask why we discontinued the product because it helping him/her, then I become so worried about our company.

Exploiting other ventures that is more Engineering driven

Very interesting regarding pharmaceutical processes, procedures, everything is systematic due to the fact that we are dealing with peoples lives therefore demands are always high. Engineering has a scheduled planned preventative maintenance that must be done, maintenance, utilities, calibration. It is challenging meeting machinery availabilty due to production requirements. I have learnt and matured alot in planning, working timeously, and engaging with department managers. I enjoy seeing the satifisfication on my customers when our engineering plan versus production comes together.
