Good Challenge and Left a Legacy

• An inspired senior professional, motivated, pleasant, articulate, target focused, with a wealth of knowledge, expertise and diverse team experiences engaging daily with talent across the organisation • My typical day would be engaging with talent locally and globally, delivering key programs, preparing dashboards for reporting • Learnt about the pharma industry and how talent is identified. • Enjoyed providing HR guidance and talent development conversations, by coaching and engaging employees across all levels. •Enjoyed representing HR, I was nominated by direct line leader; Chief HR Officer, to represented HR through presenting to and engaging with local Leadership at a Leadership forum attended by over 100 leaders and at the Global HR forum. •Most challenging was delivering HR initiatives from a bottom up approach.

Pros: Great regional working opportunity
Cons: Change in structure which resulted in design work being moved to Global HO
