I feel that I am an asset to my company, as I am hard working, positive and always look at the bright side when things are not always going good. I am generally the first person in the office, I communicate via email and telepathically with my clients. I provided updates to our clients, suppliers and vendors. I escalate to get great results from suppliers in order to assist my client better. I have learnt that I am resilient, and able to work along co workers who do not do their part. I have enjoyed learning about the industry, however this is not for me, I need something more challenging. The most challenging aspect of my job, is not over dramatic clients, but dealing with favoritism, learning to deal the negativity comes with this, as I step up and assist where I can, regardless of the indiscretions of my colleague, so that the client does not suffer.

Cons: No growth within the company. Favouritism.

Excellent learning curve, I enjoy learning new things.

I am a hard working person, I enjoy learning and discovering more of my strengths and weakness. I am more of a perfectionist and like working with people. I am a goal driven person. The company is more strategic, they prefer delivering goals to their clients. Everyone leaves the company with a good progress.

Pros: Great opportunity to work and learn.
Cons: Long working hours.

Great company to kick start your career

I have a great relationship with my colleagues. The one thing that frustrates me the most is that within my team I get sidelined in most projects which deprives me of learning new stuff and this basically affects my ability to best support customer as I will be working on thing that I have not been formally introduced to, even if I manage to figure it out it mostly takes a long time and makes me feel incompetent.

Pros: Improves people skills
Cons: No overtime or Standby allowances
