I work well under pressure. Give attention to detail

I started at Cimex in 2008 as a receptionist and in 2009 i got promoted to Creditors which i have been doing since. Cimex also owns 4 smaller companies which i do the debtors and creditors for as well. each day i come to work looking forward to each task assigned to me. i like keeping myself busy. i have a good relationship with all the employees at Cimex. i also have a relationship with the guys in the workshop as i also do the wages when the wage clerk is not in and i do the pay out every Friday. I've grow into a mature lady in this company and I'm now looking for new aspects. i enjoy doing the creditors and reconciling accounts. The most challenging aspect of my job is that as Cimex owns different companies each day is filled of people coming to me to give me a task to do. i do complete the task on time but sometimes like month ends i do ask someone for help, because month ends is when everyone is rushing to meet deadlines

Excellent work experience

Working in the stores is quite exciting for me, i am always busy as their is always something to do. Just when you think you have a second to spare someone comes along to deliver goods or a customer comes to purchase or a fellow employee comes with a request for consumables. I enjoy the rush of having to complete so many tasks all at once. i love interacting with people which is why i enjoy the stores so much, there is always someone around. i have learnt a lot from working in the stores eg, how to multi task and meet deadlines,accuracy ie stock count & how to manage my work accordingly to name a few.

Pros: you are given a chance without any formal qualifications
Cons: There isn't room for promotion, salary is below average for amount of work done

Excellent

a typical day is doing a sale invoicing out the sale making sure it despatches ok walking through backorders in the factory. brilliant relationship with my colleagues and directors . I'm here for 10 years learnt a lot started at reception moved to creditors now currently in sales. the environment cause I get to work with friends, always happy and all team players. dealing with difficult customers the best way I can in order to maintain good relations would be a challenge for me.

Exellent learning curve

Its a very stressful job. You have to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.have to be able to multitask.. The people are good co workers I have learnt alot in cimex.i came with no experince and grew over the years
