Pros: I beleaved hard work will take you up one day
Cons: I dont care about long houers as long as the work is 100% right and every body is happy at the end of the day

Exelent learning curve

They need to treat their employees better they need to make their employees there no1#s. It is a very challenging environment. Some staff do get dissiplined but others not. The corporate part is excluded from the warehouse it creates a we think we are better than you. The MD needs to lear how to work with people they are the key points of the company. The workers needs tools to perform the job functions. Therfore they need assistance from management.

Cons: No suport from management
