I believe I am a suitable candidate for this position as I’m an energetic and vibrant Individual who can pay attention to detail and has great ability to deliver results. I have a Grade 12 Certificate and a B tech Degree in PUBLIC MANAGEMENT, currently study Diploma in procurement. I also have sound Administrative, Organizational, and Interpersonal, as well as Coordinating skills and coupled with good Financial Management skills. I have good Computer Skills in Programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet and E-mail.

Stressful but satisfying!

FM being the baby department is currently severely understaffed (4 staff for 10 office nationally), creating a lot of stress. But we know we add value and as such have been looking forward to restructuring. We are a very close knit team and depend a lot on one another. People envy FM and have been asking to join the team. The best aspect of FM is that no 2 days are the same but with that comes the human element, which time and again proves the most difficult to manage.

I am very interested in the position that is available .I am currently working for the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and am actively seeking permanent employment. financial My skills and interest are more based in finance; investment and business and have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build to build my career. During my exploretations with the City of Tshwane (COT) and the CIDB, I dealt with a variety of clients in terms numerous administrative duties, credit control, debtors & revenue, cashbook administration, Cash & Bank Management and fixed Assets management. The experience allowed me to learn important skills and to develop the confidence needed to succeed in a competitive environment. I have enclosed my resume for your review.
