I am looking for a new venture and an opportunity that will widen my experience and knowledge.

I am 25 year old individual, who is interested in growing my career in the Insurance Industry and Financial industry. I have obtained the following qualifications in the past years; NQF Level 4 and Regulatory Examination Certificate. Currently I am studying NQF Level 5 in insurance through Milk park Business School.I would like to learn more in the insurance sector as there are many exciting opportunities. I love I enjoy listening to Music as I believe that it is a universal way of communication. If the tune is interesting, people find it easy to sing along. I also think music is very powerful as it influences our lives in different ways, style and behaviour. My hobbies are playing soccer, indoor games and singing. I like a good competition with colleagues, good communication and good team work. The most challenging thing is that there are certain delays from other departments linked to the claims process, when validating the claims.

A lot of knowledge and understanding gained from with brokers

A lot of knowledge has been gained working for a smaller insurance company. Much more thorough with the risk that is accepted and insurance premiums are charged accordingly. A better understanding for the following departments which I previously had not worked with: Risk surveyors/assessors Reinsurers Risk referrals Due to the fact that the company is a smaller in sizing, a greater attention to detail is displayed on the brokers portfolio which supports them in not only keeping the client but also grow their book through us.

Pros: Huge learning curve
Cons: Too much manual
