Pros: we are working long hours.we are working underpresure its raining or wind in the area.its nice to work with people coz u learn new things everyday.u learn how to handle an angry client. u must be patient coz some are old or difficult clients.i enjoy when client called in and compliment u for saving her life.or thanking u for your help.its difficult when they shoot clients to death.thats achallenging part

Excellent expansion of skills

I thoroughlly enjoyed recruitment of staff, training of staff & development of all staff. The daily interaction with our head office & regional office ave shown me that we are all human after all and dependant on each others experience, skills & knowledge, and enjoyed sharing mine, as the request for my knowledge & skills sharing through assistance & training of other branches/departments made me feel appreciated & valued. The most challenging aspects of my job was time constraints and staff shortages, which I conquered nonetheless through perseverence & time management

I have good listen skills and I can handle pressure

I have 4 years of experience as credit control and I have done credit management level 1 am busy with level 2 exams ,working for the company has made me learn lot of things in account department how ho handle client and maximize collection while minimizing level of bad debts

Am good at what I do

Am the second in charge supervisor and I love challenges.I can handle an angry client,best at helping a client who needs urgent attention.my data capturing is accurate.I always give my all when it comes to my job cause am also willing to go an extra mile and work overtime when required

NICE TO LEARN ABOUT ALARMS

TYPICAL WORK DAY WAS HECTIC. SORT CUSTOMER COMPLAINS, BOOKING OF NEW JOBS. TO SEE THAT THE TECHNICIANS GOT ALL THE STOCK THEY NEED. I ENJOYED TO WORK WITH MY CO-WORKERS. WHEN WE WORK WE WORK, WHEN WE JOKE WE JOKE. WE WERE LIKE A FAMILY TO EACH OTHER. I ENJOYED THE OUT COME OF THE COMPLAINS THE MOST. THE SMILES AND SATISFACTION ON THE CUSTUMERS FACES IS TO CELEBRATE FOR. COMPLAINS AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. WHEN THEY YELL AND SWEAR AT YOU WAS MOST CHALLENGING, BUT MOST OF THE TIME THEY LEFT THE OFFICE HAPPY. AND THAT IS WAT I MISS MOST OF MY JOB. I WAS JUST A TEMP AT CHUBB SECURITY.

Great learning curve

I learned a lot about the security and fire industry through this company. Now Nationally owned. Serious working condition given the safety of out clients and their belongings.
