Excellent work environment

My relationship with my co-workers are great. We are a team who sees each other as family. We have respect for each other, from the boss to the domestic worker. I have learnt that confidentiality is vital in any situation when it comes to companies/businesses. I have always been brought up with confidentiality. It is vitally important. What I enjoy most is hearing peoples stories, helping them when they are need. Being with my colleagues and just having a great time together with laughs, etc. Most challenging is when you get criticized by people or judged by people who have not got a clue what you are going through or having to do within the office. Other challenging aspects of the job is, when you have to put on a smile when you not in the mood too. But you do it, because you know it is part of the job. A typical day in the life of my job is: Answering phones, making calls, filing, doing graphics, and now and then doing finances or banking, counselling.

Pros: Helping others when they are need. Cheerful environment. Respect for others.
Cons: Often work alone in the office.
