Rapport. Building good relationship with clients

I enjoy the fact that I work for a luxury brand and the service I have to offer my clients must be exceptional. What I enjoy about my job is the relationship that one builds with clients to a point they want to do their shopping and they are comfortable with just me.Dior is about fashion innovation so we are always changing and introducing new products. The only challenge I dislike about is when you give excellent service to a client and keep good and only to find out there is no stock. Or is Dbn France issue that is frustrating but my team and I always make a plan to keep the client happy.

Pros: Promotion and good Incentive and commission
Cons: Long working hours. Stock issues
