Excellent learning curve

I have learned alot from Christ Embassy, im greatful for the opportunity and skills they have given me. The only challenge is that not all departmens sends their reports on time, so i have to gbeg for reports every end oif the month.

Excellent

Doing the work the Lord is the most rewarding one because you are engaged in most of the time interceding for the people; Such as counselling, praying for the people personally and over the phone. Because of the so many problems the people they bring in all of us we work in one accord ,So there is that bond of oneness. love, joy. The challenging part in when someone comes in with family problem and the other comes when you are in the middle of prayers and distract you. Or phones and hear crying,the more you try to calm down the higher someone cries and telling that he/she would rather die. Here you need God intervention through praying.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion, leave
Cons: sometimes you work longer hours

Good place to practice what you have learned

I Enjoyed working here cos i was able to learn alot while working, as well as always looking for a solution in eerything. always the first to arrive at the office, doing a system check. making sure my network are running and checking on the internet and backups. assisting other employees with certain IT needs or printing probles. what i enjoyed the most was training them to use a new operating system or office package.

Pros: alot of time to learn and practice what you are learning
Cons: No Growth financially nor career wise

One has to have room to constantly learn and grow

Enjoy working with my colleagues and we are a very good team.l have learnt to be excellent and results oriented in whatever l do.To record accurately l have to have the correct details and update information if there are any changes.
