Multitasking and adopting to change is normal here

A typical work day begins with prayer then making calls to members of the churchto find out how they are. On Mondays and Thursdays I have to prepare the banking and also make payments to suppliers. At any moment I amy have to counsel people either over the phone or in person and offer solutions. On some evening we have meetings, I would then have to prepare the agenda and have the agenda approved and prepare reports that I know he will need should he need to make reference to certain matters. My day is not predictable as I may have to pay a visit to a member of the church at any time or have to attend to any matters arising from my boss who is onsite only on Wednesdays.

Pros: Flexi time and really great environment
Cons: Stagnant salry for many years due to the nature of the organisation

Hard working person

I work five days Monday to Friday we have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers in my job I learnt to understand people because we come at a different places like cultures and beliefs I learnt to respect others I enjoyed work with people a public sector challenges I usually face is to problem with internet failure and some are apsent at work so you have to multitask at some point

Pros: great opportunity to learn more , to meet new people and promotion
Cons: Iam willing to work long ohours
