My work entails building and maintaining relationships with either first-time contacts (cold-contact) or regular contacts to ensure that as a company we achieve our set goals to gather and recruit individuals. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues, and spend most of the time interacting with those whose departments align with our set departments goals. I have learnt that there can no leadership without interpersonal skills and a vision, because people are not just motivated by goals but by the leader who oversees their activities. So I have enjoyed learning how to be both people- and task-oriented. The most challenging aspect of doing a job that is primarily relationally-based is that conflicts will often arise even if you don't want them or aren't expecting them: so, as a leader, you will need to resolve the conflict whether or not it affects your work.

Good learning curve

It is great working at here, i get along very well with my manager and colleagues. my day is not too busy my work is balanced but i would not mind more responsibility. i have learnt how to deal with different personalities. how to solve employees conflicts and problems. my listening skills improved a lot. I am more patient with people and I've learnt how to use the teamhub system. I enjoy engaging with people. the challenging part is always following up with people who doesn't apply for leave but they just disappear.

Pros: great for experience
Cons: opportunity for promotion are very slim
