Good working condition and team building.

I got to learn different charactors of people especially patients and got to adjust to them it is a good working environment because we get to meet different people daily and always have to wear a smile when you around them. the most challenging espects of the job is having to learn to be more quicker with what i do, registering patients on the system so they can be very impatient and start to complain. what i have enjoyed with my work since i love poeple i enjoyed working with them and getting to know all this different deseases and the hospital atmosphere as awhole.

Pros: working our own pace as long as the target is reached and all the department patient have registered

Prepare theatre in the morning

I came to this department at the very young age and they groomed me into a professional person I am today.People help each and we were working well together and became family .The workshops that we provided for to help keep up to date with medical developments.Im greatful to have met such mentors and the doctors I work with .

Data Capture

On a daily basis I collect and capture data using Microsoft Excel. I collect data from the Surgical, Orthopaedic and Opthamology units. I compile monthly reports and capture the data on DHIS which is the District Health Information System.I also present my work on aquarterly basis using Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting purposes. I am also experienced in Tier.net, I can use the software iat facilty level and generate reports on it. I have a very solid and trustworthy relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to manage my time, how to pay attention to detail and I have improved on my leadership capabilities. I find it very hard to find anything to enjoy lately as I feel I have learnt all that I can in this post. I enjoy it when i have to train interns and have to do presentations.

Pros: The workload is very easy to manage
Cons: not challenging anymore

I've learned that it's great working as a team

Where I work is an 8 hour job,we take 1hour lunch,we always help each other as colleugues.working at my company taught me patience,taught me that you can learn something from anyone everyday.at my current company i enjoy seeing different characters everyday,some are difficult and some are understand,this teaches me to respect others as i want to be respected, as I said on my previous sentence is love learning new things everyday.as any other companies there will always be challenges,we don't have enough qualified staff,that delays the work,and the patients stay longer .

Pros: When you study more as a pharmacist you can be promoted
Cons: We work long hours because of we are short staffed

Distribution of New Computers

Distribution of New Computers close to 20 of them per day which the also need to be backup. Installing new printers replacing old ones which uses network cables and you some time find that the network has not been patched you first have to patch it so the users can access the internet and the other thing is to install switches some times you install close to 6 per day which is difficult to uplift them alone

Very busy and demanding plus short staffed

The maternity department is very busy we are short staffed at risk of law suits, underpaid and prone to exhaustion. Working hours are not bad but the days that we are at work are tiring and long
