I was working in Higher Education and I came across the Property position which was temporarily. I told myself that I want to learn and I have learn a lot in little period of time. My duties are: -Attending to new application and checking applicant on CRM. -Attending to renewals of lease agreement. -Attending to repairs. -Sending statement to both tenant and landlord. -Calling tenant for arrears -Sending Letter of demand and Final notice. -Attending to tenant and landlord's queries via email and telephonically. - Invoicing both tenant and landlord electricity, taxes and rates. I'm not limited to the above duties. I real enjoy being the middle man between the landlords and tenants. I have good relation with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect is when the tenant is angry.
