Great experience on the company

I learn t a lot about retail at Choppies. A typical work day was when my co-workers will not want to deliver.I had a great relationship with my co-workers because I used to listen and give solutions to every problems they had.I have learn t customer service,how to do payrolls,data capturing,how to receive stock and order,how to authorize invoices and how to manage my staff.I enjoyed everything as I love challenges,as retail was giving me challenges everyday.The most challenging aspect was to make a non selling product to be selling.

Pros: Learning new things everyday and working with people.
Cons: To excpect anything thst might happen,for example difficult customers.

Admin work is what i do best

Good relations with co workers I learn every day as the head office change their structure all the time, I must be able to keep up with the changes from day go. Most challenging part is when i do salary and employees hours dont match and still meet a deadline...and still manage to work the all day to perfect my job.

Excellent learning

I am a hard working person,with a good teamwork and self confidence,I am a multi-task person who can be able to work under pressure.due to company policy I can be moved from one department to the other so that one can express himself to other work within the company

I have learnt a lot and I'm still learning

Working with people especially the staff,loving,respect, God fearing and hard working with a lot sacrifice. Simple because of the love of the company, I love working with different people it comes as a challenge for me,I enjoy working with the staff that understand teamwork even if it's hard dat at work but having faith in our ability and doing what we love a job well done will be on end of a day

Excellent customer service agent

Work ethics should be at high level, enjoyed working with a team and finding solutions to a problem. Company system very weak. Having a very good understanding relationship with co-worker. Learning something new everyday.

Excellent, learning curve

It's great company to work for and great in expanding the employees skills and developing them in all aspects. Promoting and training its a priority in the company. I have learned a lot. And they impacted me greatly as as an admin manager. The ceo and top management invest a lot of time in a day to day of each branch . Team building and team work is nature of the business. The most challenging part is working in an environment where you interact with different personalities and know how to come up with solutions as a junior manager.

Cons: Working on Sundays and holidays

Excellent

Its a 7hours a day and it a pleasure to work with my co-workers and i have learnt to work with different costumers and what i have most enjoyed is to be punctual and focused,planning andand the aspect challenging is solving the problems faced with the costumers.

Good for starters and for learning the ropes in retail

Good working environment, Good relationship with co-workers. Good opportunity for promotion at store level but going above that a challenge. Salary package is quite small especially for experienced managers. Best suited for people who are still young and have less family responsibilities. I enjoy the friendliness of the work environment. The most challenging part is working far from home and family and having to adapt to the company rewards system that does not consider the experience that one brings.

Cons: The low salaries offered by the company

Good learning experience

t is it it is a very good working environment.,with different kind of penalties. I learned many things from my supervisor. He is taught me that sometimes chasing deadlines is not good if what you are doing is wrong. He told me to look at my work throughly before submitting it. I have a close relationship with my Co workers, it really contribute to my teamwork skill and it improves my communication skills as well. I enjoy doing bank reconciliation statements,.
