To love hospitality industry

I learned to put customer first,to give quality service to satisfy their needs.to be able to work under pressure,to have good, excellent personal skill,to work effectively by all means. It also challenge my interpersonal skill,to be faster in assisting other staff and to be part of the group. I am a very hardworking and catering person with the ability to solve problems,to organise and plan. I love to challenge myself very much, I did stock taking, ordering stock,packing following the FIFO principals I am good at health and safety of staff and customers,to follow the campany policy and regulations at all times.The menu planning and schedul routine was an excellent challenge which gave me time to learn more even on Halal food (preparation)and our different customers we have. I enjoyed meeting with different customers of different cultures and enthics. I love professional image it speaks more than words. I also enjoyed givingand receiving new ideas from co workers and customers.

It was learning curve for me

i have good relationship with my colluegues and im a cashier and help on the grill side if its that busy and ive learn alot to the customers also enjoy my job at the same time, the challengies that i have expierance is when you order side stock and the arrive on time
