Every day you learn a different job skill

working for china comm service is a very good experience cause i get to learn different kinds of skills, and get to meet and work with different people with different skills. My relationship with my co-workers is a healthy one as we work and help each other with work related issues as well as social ones. the things that i enjoy enjoy at china comm service are skills learning and traveling to other provinces to work, but the most challenging ones are delivering working materials cause we have to offload heavy staff manually and the project managers take unilateral decisions which most of the time don't end up good.

Not learning anything new here

At the current company am working on contract and not learning anything am too experienced for my current post need a challenging job that will excite meand challenge me intellectually currently am stucked team environment is good but its not challenging

Pros: No chance for promotion structurally crippled
Cons: Long hours no overtime paid

at my present work i have a good relationship with all the workers that work with, i have learned to different kinds of jobs as i help workers on site, what i enjoy most is when we work on sites outside the gauteng province and the most challenging and frustating is when the projects managers don't plan ahead and we would go on site with incomplete material and not finish the job. a typical day at comserv is stressful sometimes as the project managers don't take or listen to workers input the buck stops with them even when they are set to fail and deny ever been advised by a junior employee.
