Learnt a lot from my experience

My typical day at work, it start with follow ups calls to staff on sites and sometimes clients. I have a good relationship with co-workers. I have learnt to be patience and able to deal with difficult clients. What I enjoy the most about my job is that I am doing something I love and able to task what I need to do. The most challenging aspects of the job is scheduled appointment with no knowledge of what the meeting is about.

Pros: gaining more knowledge
Cons: long working hours
