Chili and Co Reviews

Willing to learn any new ideas

It was good working at Chili and Co because I had a chance to learn and being taught some of the things I did not know. I was working from 8am to 5pm. My relationship with other co-workers was excellent and also having time to discuss some of the issues together as a team. I have learnt to work under pressure and I was taught how to do directors expenses that I did not have a clue of. I really enjoyed working there because it was a free environment and having time to learn how to do logistics adding to what I knew. I used to be at the reception operating the switchboard and doing also admin work as directed by the PA. There were no challenges that I encountered the time when I was working there since it was a temp position.

Pros: I always look for opportunities to be promoted
Cons: Yes I can work long hours depending on the nature of job

No growth potential

I report to the managing partner, we have a good relationship. Not really exciting to come as the company does not have enough clients. I supervise trainee accountants and interns on bookkeeping. Performance of audit Staff have a very good relationship that is more like a family. Working with interns and different new staff has helped me learn how to manage opposing ideas and emotions among all. To be given responsibility to manage all the activities in the firm gives me more joy. It really becomes a challenge when I make proposal / quotations to potential clients.

Pros: Given position of responsibility and trust
Cons: lack of clients and growth potential
