Excellent learning curve

There are great challenges during the day to day but my work is to be the face of the organisation and also be there for the staff as i am their go to person when they need help with any admin errands or contacts. I am also the face in the sense that when we have clients come in i have to welcome them and make them feel welcomed and also appreciated.

Pros: Compliments on effort
Cons: less salary

Excellent

I gained lots of experience and it a very good Organisation in making their employees effective and efficient service by doing trainings and team building. I enjoy working for Childline, working with children with sexual behaviour in schools as well as in the community. The main challenging for me presently is that I've been relocated to Zululand area which is hard for me to be away from home due to my kids that is the reason for me to apply for another job rather than that I enjoy working for Childline and lots of knowledge I've gained there.

Pros: to further my education inorder to be promoted
Cons: to be away from home.
