I learnt how to handle the customers
I enjoyed working at Chicken licken. I have got a lot of experience, especially when there is a problem with customers I Learnt to be calm and satisfy customers. I also work well with others and I know how to manage the staff. we were like family, we respected each other. What I like the most is that when we were partying with staff it was great but when we were back to work everybody knows that we have to work. Everybody knows their position. The most challenging was month end because we were busy and I don't like if its quiet because you even see mistakes, and if its busy there is more business.
Pros: It was a great opportunity for me to get promotion for Operating Manager
Cons: Sometimes I was working long hours because it was busy

I got a lot of experience,at chicken licken,like dealing with different customers
It was a great opportunity for me to work at that company,I recruited a good staff,I liked if the shop was busy because it means the sales increase and business going .Staff was dedicated in their job,there was that good communication between the staff and managers,in that case a good communication with customers. I learnt on how to deal with customers,problems and issues.What I enjoyed the most is when we went out parting with the boss and the staff but when we come back everybody knows that we back to business. The most challenging was working hard and extra hours during busy time,but I enjoyed that.
Pros: I had great opportunity to get promotion as operating manager for both stores

I enjoyed working at that company as it gave me more experience,I learn so much things like dealing with hard customers,I learn to be patient with all the customers to treat them the same,because if you are in this industry you are dealing with different people,with different cultures so as a manager you have to accommodate all of them,be flexible,but satisfy all of them equally.By doing that all the customer were calling me even if I was off duty and I enjoyed that because it shows me my job quality. What I enjoy the most is where by the team,our boss went out to partying,that shows that we work as a team,but they knew that when we back to business we have to work.It was challenging to get hard customers because at the end of the day I had to win them

It was a great opportunity for me to work with that staff,and I got experience of working with hard customers I learnt to be patient with them,give them good care,because I was dealing with different customers with different cultures,so I managed to deal with all of them,working more hours was very grate because it shows more sales and it shows that the business is going well,

I had great experience working at chicken licken,with a hard working staff,dealing with different customers with different cultures gave me great opportunity to learn more things,my staff was very good when it comes to serve customers,I tought them well,although there were hicups there and there but I was always there to help them,what I liked the most is that we were working as a team,as there were communication between the staff,manager and the boss. Sometimes we went out for parting all of us but when we were back everybody knew that we back to business

It was great opportunity to have that experience working with different staff,I got a lot of experience from customers on how to treat customer,how to increase sales,being a leader to that staff ,firstly it was hard but with the skills that I had we ended work as a team ,what I was enjoying the most is that some of the days after work we were going out enjoying our self forgetting work

Having managed Fine Dining Restaurants and Corporate Canteens,for more than 18 years.
I am an experienced manager of Fine Dining Restaurants,Corporate Canteens and Franchised Operations. I have more than 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. My duties at Chicken Licken,includes the opening & closing of the business,Cash Ups,Daily Stock Takes Stock Issuing,Supply Management and OHS issues. Staff Management,i.e. Shift Management,Staff Attendence Register and Labour Related Issues. As for the Daily Operations of the business,my staff all have their specialized duties to perform.From the Fryers,Packers and Cashiers,they all perform their duties examplararily.To achieve this, I incentivized them.By giving them targets that we should achieve,and forwarding them bonuses, on month end , when targets are acieved
Pros: My ambition within this company is to become the Area Manager for the Franchise
Cons: The Salary is not conducive to the amount of time and work one has to do.

Working with different kind of people with different charecters
Everyday i learn how to deal with different kind of clients,how to treat them. and also how to respond to their behavior or attitude. Iam also enjoying as this helps me to know different kind of people ,what i like most is team_work,as we are from different family it is not easily to satisfy all of them(colleagues ) specially when you are a supervisor all is needed is being always positive

Team work
Every company has huge responsibility inside it,for u to make it u have to get strong team which is hungry for the job and who are Willing to promote it,I have day to day meetings trying to solve mistakes happening on daily basis,staff coming with solutions on our we make company grow,not every decisions are right from me no but if u have participating staff things go easier,to make it in life u must know ur job,love it,enjoy and be pationate with it

My job was to order stock,do stock take and control it,motivate the staff ,handle customer problems and make sure they get good service,the relation ship between me and my staff was very good we had sum fun at some other time if we were out of work but when we were at work they know how to work,I got lot of experience especially from hard customer I knew how to handle them because they are the boss,the most challenging was when the customer lied about something and you know that you were there she or he is lying,I learnt to respect the customer,talk to them nicely until she or he comes down.
