Being a branch manager in learn more on sales, merchandising,also being a overall of every thing

As I like to exprience different challenges in retail. As a branch manager now I have to have my own daily plan as I have to make sure that everything is in order from my employee. Ordering. Sales floor. Layout ,customers services, maintenance, finance or banking, scheduling delivery as per suppliers, communicating with Suppliers Reps .Handling customers complaints and queries,handling and resolving labour queries and also handling ccma cases, this gives more effort to go far with retail industry. P.L.O.C.

Pros: By applying jobs to other companies is because I want to see my self far with retail
Cons: In retail this is not challange cause from day one you will work long hours and under pressure

Learning experience

It was a daily challenge but because i am a fast learner and when first started working there it took me less than a week to learn the books, deliveries and always keep my customers happy. i have alwayas been good on giving orders so my professional relationship with my employees was most times good and with my employer always good. I do not regret the experience i had at my previous employments it taught me a lot and boosted my self confidence but when thevtime comes for one to move on to broader entities and share my experience with the others...it has come
