Excellent learning curve of customer service.

I learnt how to treat a customer,for example greeting a customer with a welcoming attitude,always presentable neat wearing uniform and name tag; interact with customer helping customer when he needs help and invite to come again.I have learn to be calm even if the customer is wrong not to ague but just be calm.I learnt to work as a team to lift the standard of the business.

Exellent learning

Atleast i have learned a lot from them especialy in receiving goods now i know that perisable goods musnt stay long outs nd we check the dates very carefully
