I am a hardworking and dedicated individual who has good communication and good interpersonal relations. I work very well with people and individually, unsupervised or with minimum supervision. Excellent learning curve

long hours but exciting with a very understanding and loving boss, dealing with customers everyday, ensure things run smoothly in the department, keep good communication with fellow co-workers and encourage team work, what i enjoy is to multi- task like preparing food for customers daily, ordering of goods for the department, taking of orders for customers, scanning and doing idt of goods, organise and keeping order in the department. the most challenging aspect of the job is sometimes we work under pressure for the deadline to be met and dealing with difficult customers.

Pros: small opportunities for promotion
Cons: long working hours and small salary

Excellent learning

I was working 8hours everyday at checkers as a general worker and we where working under supervision,working as a team and if there's something we don't understand we ask our manager or supervisor to come and assist.I have learnt a lot doing all the job in the store,cashier, packer,fruit and veg assistant and deli.ive enjoy being a cashier a lot,talking with customers and calculating money.The most challenging aspects is when a customer vent her anger and the only thing I do to deal with the situation I call my manager to come and solve problem.

Working good as a team and as an indivisual

I am able to work with people everyday.i ve learnt that communication is good everywhere you go.Even to customers or you collegues Putting a smile in you face makes you feel good at all the time.i ve learnt that even if you have problems at home you do not need other people to feel the same way as you..it is better to share it with them so that you will be good The most challenging thing when working with people especially customers..you need to understand that customer is always right.If he or she is giving you hard time you need to calm down and apologise

Excellent

Good customer service and a good team work,giving extra efforts to the work or task that am doing,most challenging is when the stock is not balancing and I have to check what cause shrinkage and to handle a difficult customer.what I enjoy most is to see customers leave the store happy.

Excellent worker

I love my current work, i was working as a controller in the fresh food department, what i love the most is was working with my staff we work good together i learnt alot what to do and not to do, i learn respect most important, i enjoy working with clients and people.

Good

Its good working at checkers cause you get to learn more about financials and how to deal with it ,you get to communicate with customers ,there are difficult and understanding customers but and the end of the day the customer is always right,you have to understand and know your. we have good team skills but most of the time you have to be careful about passwords,do not give anybody your pass word cause that can put you into serious trouble. The hours we work are normal and we get to get two days off in a week and weekend off one month. What I enjoy most is having a good customers services towards the customer, the customer must leave the store with a happy attitude,so that he/she can come back again to be helped by me. The most challenging aspect of the job when you meet up with customers who deal with fraud, and when the money you made the whole day doesn't balance the trial balance. t

All ways loyal and motivated

I am a peoples person, I get alone with every body, I'm able to motivate my work force with very little effort by being a team player and understanding pressure and dead lines that need to be met
