I enjoy my working experience with Checkers-hyper , and my relationship with my co-worker was excellent . I started with the organisation with less experience with computer then as I was a supervisor I done some course with computer to further my knowledge , which help me a lot . As I was a senior I enjoy the benefit of the organization during that time , until I decided to up grade my self to top management ,which I decided to go and further my study. My most challenges for me was the benefit which I was not getting , which they say only top management was getting . that challenges there never come across my work because I was enjoying my work fully no matter what.

Pros: my great opportunity it was when I was supervisor getting the benefit of it , but know I was looking to be manager which I failed.
Cons: long working hours on my level it was worthwhile , because working holidays and week-ends we were getting paid well.
