Excellent Learning Curve

The environment ia very good, you have the opportunity to learn new things everyday, you gain a lot of experience working long hours but you even work unpaid overtime when there is still work on the system.

Excellent learning curve

It's nice to work there because is near by my home, everyday I'm walking to work. I also like my boss's because they always talk to us when the is problem. The challenging side is when the is a big season like December many trainees so we have to train everyday.

Excellent learning curve

It's good to work there because we have good managers and we communicate nice. There only problem we have is this no promotions and also the rate is very low

Big company. No growth

Its a great company however,growth for a black person is very small to non. The environment is OK. I feel like employees are not appreciated. I don't mind working with people, but I am more effective working on my own. The most challenging part about my job is the language differences, sometimes in the middle of a meeting then everyone just shifts into speaking Afrikaans.

Pros: Big company, big recognition by other companies
Cons: No growth
