Senior Managerial Position

General management and running of the business I mangage a total of 38 workers, both office and factory base, all department managers report to me, both manufacturing and distribution locally. I have 7 representatives nationwide that report to me and give me feedback on regions performance I have been in this industry for 10 years and I ve been so successful in the execution of my duties, that I was invited to join the EXCO board at Italtile, this resulted in Checa Ceramics Head hunting me in taking over the general management of the entire business, owners want to go into semi retirement. I’ve been offer a 10% share in the company annually until we reach year five for me to own 50% share of the business. This company had no operational or marketing strategies in place. I also had to look at the financial and made crucial desissions to increase the net profit on a daily basis, resulting in a better profit margin on a monthly basis.

Cons: Owners do not run or manage company to reach its full potential

Excellent company for learning about ceramic decor

Never ending problems on a daily basis but that is perfect probelsolving is what I do sometimes it take little bit longer to solve the problem I it get solved always

Pros: Every day is a chalenge
Cons: No space for growth
