Chase Software Reviews

Excellent career curve

Currently I’m working with Chase Software as my client. We do the full SDLC, whereby i get requirements from stakeholders. Once they get signed off that's when i start thinking of a solution. We do brainstorming sessions with my team. I then document the Functional Requirement Spec . I’m working on our recent big project re-designing the whole Chase Software. I did a lot of process mapping in the initial part of the project. We did the whole user journey flows. It is always a good feeling when i see my idea implemented and seeing clients use it. The most challenging aspect for the job would be working with a difficult stakeholder. It’s always best to set up a meeting with the stakeholder to thoroughly understand where they are coming from. I have worked with really difficult stakeholders, and i have always managed to keep my calm.

Pros: Great opportunity for more learning
Cons: Produce quality work

Great learning and client engagement

Typical Work day Setup client meetings, go to meetings, understand client requirements, document them communicate back to the office. Configure the system as per client requirement, document MIS:mock-up and get Dev to start developing any customization. Follow up on clients tickets: setup time for UAT, post go-live support, Training of users. I have over 80 clients. Relationship with Co-workers Excellent and the main reason I have stayed for so long at the company a bit of a family atmosphere. What I have learnt: - Client requirements specs, intermediate communication skills: Verbal and written. - Time management - SLA's - management What I enjoy the most: - Dealing with clients and changing how business internal process are being managed. Challenging aspect of the job: - Number of clients: a lot to give your best.

Pros: Great time management skills and planning
Cons: Long hours

As Team Lead,

As Team Lead, I keep the morning flexible in case of any escalation or urgent items. Once I confirm the Call centre and my Dept is working according to existing SLA’s and no urgent issues exist, I do a review of my automated monitoring info checking on health of key-Clients and their Financial integrations, SAP, MS NAV, Sage etc. I start with my scheduled items.

Pros: Everyone Loves me, Employer, clients everyone! You can actually test it google our top 5 clients an drop my name to anyone from FD to Receptionist, they all love me. Please Note this is not a happy accident, I have consciously carved out a more than respectable reputation that why my CV has client references.
Cons: They don’t listen to me enough. Because I have very good relationship with my clients they make their intentions known to me early on and when I relay its gets overlooked.

Exciting industry to be in

The company has an exciting software they provide to customers. They is a great culture but it seems like people need to be pushed at time to do their job there making it difficult for Account Executives to do their work probably

Pros: Great culture
Cons: Long working hours
