Work integrated learning for my E-Portfolio module.

Each day i use to work eight hours, Monday to Friday and my duties was administration and social media, and online communication with stakeholders of the hospital with their questions asked about the hospital. I had a mutual respect and understanding with my co-workers and team because plenty of them were grown and matured individuals who knew hoe to handle team dynamics and they really did taught me a lot of team play. I have learnt that we all need each other going forward, no man is an island, enjoyed the most was when i was trusted with organizing events for the hospital, which made me to be at the fore front of things. the most challenging aspect of the job was when i had to recall all the names of the medication and i was still new there.

Pros: Great opportunity for stakeholder engagement and community engagement
Cons: Lack of resources to work.

L learned everything.l didn't know much but l learned l got better and better 

Incimpanul came to CMJAH knowing nothing.l learned everything.l didn't know much but l learned l got better and better than my mentors and this causeIt is a good experience working at CMJAH. Stressful but enjoyable at the same time. Managers are really trying their best and will support you in many ways. The challenge, is their probation period, which is a year. It is okay though because it all comes with benefits.

Excellent learning curve

Charlotte Maxeke hospital it is a government hospital with lots of employees.Every day there is a pile of job waiting for me and I really enjoy it.I come to work early at 07H00 even though I start at 07H30. My mentor involve me in everything she do and make sure that I get more work everyday. I learnt organizing, planning my work problem solving especially work related and how to work under pressure.I enjoy every piece of work I do especially when I will be helping clients.

Pros: Communication is the key
Cons: Pile of job

learning to deal with network challages enjoying to work and interact with people always doing research about new apps working on feild is what i like most

Pros: is so great to work for the hospital learning new things everyday
