Full potential

We are a small company. It's quiet some days and I love working with people and die HR and payroll functions of my job. The moste challenging part of my job is that it is some times a little bit to quiet for me I like te be busy all the time. I have learnt alot about payroll and now I feel like I have enough excperience to start look for a job that can push me towards my full potential.
