Dealing with students and tenants

Working with tenants and students during the it is very hectic chasing people to pay rent or school fees. The most challenges that I have met is when somebody has been fired or retrenched I become emotional and helpless. What I enjoy most is the environment in our working place working as a team is very important, I don' mind working under pressure as long as the job is done at the end of the day.

I enjoy working with students and help then to achieve their goals/dreams

This was quite a challenging experience, as this is a new venture for the company. Power supply is a generator, one welding machine and 10 students. Co worker was very help full, and frustrated with the situation. We had a great working relationship. I enjoy the achievements of my students, see them grow into fine artisans. The most challenging part is to find job opportunity for these youngsters.

Pros: Work satisfaction
Cons: Summer months. Rainy days.
