Working as a team, Improves communication skills

CH Marketing is mostly based in team working, interacting with different people. It has also taught me patience and tolerance because we met different kinds of customers at the field some were even rude. The company basically works for RCS where we open credit accounts for people who qualify. It was challenging at the same time because it was commission based but since I love challenges and I'm a hard worker I never had problems regarding sales. The only disadvantage was the working hours, we had to be at the office at 06:30 in the morning before we go to the field and we had to leave the office at 20:00 in the evening.

Pros: People got easily promoted to become owners
Cons: Long working hours, commission based
