In the morning I prepare cash flows, net revenue report and send to directors Capture invoices in the accounting system according to regulations. Ensure that captured invoices are correctly authorised. Send out disputes to suppliers/follow up on disputed items. Send invoices to operations for authorisation, follow up on previously requested authorisation Reconcile for 30 days or weekly accounts. Submit recons for payments and send remittances to suppliers. Assist with month end reports. Prepare statistical report and raise the journal for stats (monthly) I have learn to prepare the vat journal.

Cons: You work overtime because you want to give more, due to management style, the company feels like home.

Good team building

I've learned to be more responsible, manage time especially with handling two lines able to to take more than 10 calls per 15min I'm strict with my job to my coworkers especially when not returning costumers message's I must admit I enjoy talking to people especially clients who notices the different aura the most challenging aspect about my job is when clients are unhappy about service .

Excellent learning curve

good place to work in , friendly people and always willing to share knowledge and experiences. good working conditions. good working hours free drinks for partys working with new clients

I'm a quick learner and ability to work under pressure.

I have good relationship with my colleagues and my superiors and make sure that everyone is following the health and safety procedures and report every messes happening at our working station.

Excellent

A typical work day for me would be eventful. Everyday is a learning curve for me. We have an excellent work force. I have enjoyed good work conditions and open and trustworthy relationships with both internal and external customers. Most of my work is deadline driven which is good and I prefer it that way.
