It has been an excellent learning everyday.

I have learnt a lot as an executive. Growth has been wonderful. Working relationship is good not all the time but we always find each other. Great work experience, great people management experience, leadership traits are learned everyday as difficult decisions are supposed to be made. Experience in interacting with external stakeholders including portfolio committee

Board Secretary at CETA

I am a Board secretary at CETA Have 2 committee secretaries reporting to me. I provide all admin and governance support to Board and its committees and the management team. I have an excellent working relation with my co- workers. The position has taught me a lot and I have grown as a person a lot since starting here.

Pros: good bonus and great benefits
Cons: long working hours, reports not submitted on time
