Great learning environment

If you want to learn and push yourself, the agency is the right place to be as you are often given opportunities to develop yourself. This is the most enjoyable part. On a typical day, I am working on an adhoc or campaign report or cleaning/mining data. To be honest no day is like the other as there is always new campaigns and business units I compile reports for, this requires a fresh perspective per client and per report. I have to tailor to what is important and necessary for each client. It is also very helpful to work work with people who are available and supportive as even in the most overwhelming days the weight is lifted off when someone can be available to discuss a quick point and elaborate on an insight. The job in itself is challenging but the pain points are always with the platforms that can do certain aspects of the job and not others which would require multiple platform which at timea to not provide the same data.

Pros: There is always room for self development,
Cons: Overtime that is never paid for, off days that are always bombarded by "ASAP tasks"

Opportunity

Been given an opportunity to work through cerebra at the biggest telecommunications company was really a great learning experience. It was a real pleasure to have learnt so much from them.
