I have completed Grade 12 and electrical engineering n3,n4 and n5 with Electrical Trade Test at Artisan institution training and i am just waiting for a Red seal certificate I have been Ceramic Industries "Automated Industries uses a proven technology " working as procces technician for more than 3 years CNC fanuc, GAITTO and kuka Robots from Italy Siemens programing My duties include preventative maintenance, breakdown innovation, jobs card and attend call out to ensure that the performance of factory is both effective and efficient

Pros: Great opportunity of promotion
Cons: We work 12 hours per day plus standby

Great company . It a great learning experience.the co-whorls gave me a great learning experience Junior Process Technician Work Integrated learning • Conduct daily process control tests on all critical technical parameters, this would include incoming raw materials, clay products, glaze products, firing properties to finished products • Clay body development and Analyzes to determine combinations of materials which would improve the quality of products • Ensure quality verification based on size, shrinkage, water absorption and strength • Data capturing and statistical analysis • Documentation including test set up, process, results and procedures • Complied safety guidelines and company SOPs in handling of operating equipment and handling of toxic chemicals • Training of process controllers on standard operation procedures complied • Regular monitoring of process • Housekeeping and Health and Safety

Application for Production Manager

I am currently working as a Project Engineer previously have been a Production Supervisor for over 6 years at Nestle. I have been leading a group of 32 operators. Been attending all Production related meetings and involved in project leading and management.
