Working for a trade Union was a great learning curve an opportunity for a young woman like myself, I've learnt to have the ability to interact with different kind of people from different expect, organisational skills,recruiting different companies. Its was a great honour to work with my co_workers, working as a team, ability to held conflicts, great relationship an understanding each other. Team building an encouraging to do our best got us to the top ranking when its come to recruiting new members.The challenging aspect about my job was the political issues among the trade union.
