Ability to interact with new and different people.

Real estate is a great industry to be in but it is an industry that requires a lot of patience and investment. Because it is an commission based job only it has its challenges with being able to have a sustainable income. The benefits of it are that you can build your empire as your own boss, you have total control and you get the opportunity to meet new people and find out peoples likes and dislikes. There are no working hours so you permanently at work but not always at the office. Real estate is fun but you have to have the patience for your money and you have to have a sustainable income behind you in the event a month of two can be bad. The working environment is calm and helpful and people are easy to work with. Colleagues are helpful and friendly. No competition as we’re all a team and car work well together.

Pros: I am my own boss. Can control my own work out comes
Cons: Only commission based job

Work day has ins and outs relationship with workers is okay, I have learned how to work with people what i enjoy is learning the importance of the company

Start working at 08h00 every morning Role model ,team player,motivator,uplift the team spirit,positive thinking,lead thru example. Always be positive To help my fellow workers to achieve their goals. Getting Mandates,Offer to purchases

Excellent Learning Curve, Hard Working

I get to work at 7:40 and clean up and make the office neat. Then I officially start work at 8:00. I start with my morning listing and get all the agents work up to date. I help all agents with their phone calls to clients and help them speed up their process. I have a great relationship with my co-workers but I do not go out with them.

Pros: Its a great work space
Cons: Get too little of a salary

I have being promoted within the company from rental management, receptionist, switchboard, office administration. I gained experienced in the Real Estate industry
