I have learned and developed a rare ability to come with solutions under pressure and learning new concepts and applying them .My experience ranges from Analog ,Powerand Embedded systems .Now I am currently studying Computer engineering to be more proficient with computer controlled sytems .

Currently completing my Btech

Experienced Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. Some of my skills are in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Matlab, and Python. I also have experience in PLC's, VFD's, Servo and SCADA systems. Strong engineering professional with a National diploma focused in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Currently completing my Btech.

Great eye opener

Working at Centurion Systems has been a great experience for me, company is big divided into branches our branch is the smallest with only 9 employees we are close as a family everyone knows their place and always willing to assist each other where possible. Centurion Systems gives many bonuses besides 13th cheque we all get what is called "kickers" quarterly. I have grown but I feel I have reached the top of the ladder for someone like me, I will not grow any further. The most challenging aspect is favoritism which is visible even to customers, situations where one person is recognised for putting effort and the team mates who assisted are not recognised this causes the rest of the staff not wanting to involve themselves in assisting that employee in the next project. I am trying to finish my BA with UNISA but with finance I have to take a back sit.

Excellent Learning Curve

The company has a productive environment, stressful at times but generally relaxed. A strong team that strived to deliver excellence and ensure a great outcome. Worked with co-workers wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed the freedom of managing my time and my work, that responsibility helped me grow and become accountable. Most challenging was the time constraints when it came to month/year end but through that I learned to work well under pressure.

Excellent learning curve, best environment for team work

It is a very good company and everyone is treated equally except when it come to growth. Therefore less chances for one to grow in that industry as few opportunities are there but mostly for specific individuals

Spent 4 months in the electronics workshop then was promoted to thr technical department

I have learned a lot in metering,meter installations,disconnections,reconnection,inspection and audits.electronics fault finding,and panel wiring,and its fault finding and repairs.

Excellent company values

A typical work day consist of getting to work at 8pm, tea at 10am, lunch at 1pm and tea again at 3pm Lunch is an opportunity to socialize with colleagues and all levels of management join the lunch table for a debate or discussion on current affairs, etc.
