Excellent learning curve.

A typical day would start at 7 by downloading all the properties banks and uploading them into the system for the teams to allocate money received. Supervising all allocations and them prepping and sending out arrears reports. Collecting new contracts/lease renewals or cancellations from site and loading them into the system. Sending out notices. Recon cashbooks. Creating income and expense reports. Management of 28 administrators dealing with training and assisted with client support,system management,site staff assistance. Management reports. Leave management. Budgeting and maintenance management.

Cons: Over time not appreciated.

Growth

A very old school mentality , that does not seem to keep up with current trends, that in my opinion holding them back from being great. there is a lot of experts here, but not risk willing to change.
