Good place for training

I started at celrose knowing nothing about the machines and how they work,they trained me very well because today i know each and every machine and how do they work.what i dont like about celrose is very few for example the company hired lots of young intelligent people but they not willing to see us further our education,they refuse to give us day off if we have some things we want to do regarding education.they skwill if you take a day off sick and yet the company wont pay for that day.

Gained lots of experience

Very busy company that is run as a big family. Has a lot of experienced individuals who have been around for years so it's easy to find someone to learn from as they know exactly what they are teaching or passing on. Great exposure to the fashion industry and teaches a great deal about time management. Biggest challenge would be pushing for orders as there are many uncotrolable issues that occure but we still achieve deliveries.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: The company often isnt sure what position to put new employees in.

Above average

I work as a denim merchandiser .developing sourcing and selling product into the chains. I travel into Europe to soirce the latest trents and into china not only sourcing fabric but also sourcing factories.

It would be an honour to be an addition to your staff as i am a loyal, trustworthy, dedicated, respectful, a hard worker I am goal driven, enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative. I take every task given to me very seriously and i ensure it is completed to the best of my ability. I am ever willing to learn and my commitment is evident.
