Excellent Learning Platform

Working at Cellucity has been a beautiful journey to learn and grow.. and still is. Not only have I learned about my capabilities, but what a team can do to enhance ones skills. What I particularly enjoy about working at Cellucity is the challenges this business bring and connecting with different people of different cultures. Helping customers connect to the world through whatsapp & facebook. I enjoy working as a team , working towards a shared purpose and common goals, and in doing so we're sharing varied skills in complementary roles and in cooperation with each other. The main goal is to render the best service to keep out clientele intact. Working at Cellucity has been an exciting journey especially working with my team and putting smiles on out customers faces.

Looking to move forward

I manage 42 staff members and assist them with queries and assist clients with any queries or questions. I ceck the stores cash ups and stock that is needed. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and what I have learnt is how to manage angry clients and to be a leader to others. What I enjoy is learning new things and meeting new people. The most challenging aspects is having to help a very upset client shouting and screaming at you but I have learnt how to handle those type of clients.

Pros: Learn how to build a relationship with co-workers and clients and managing them.
Cons: Always having angry clients

Excellent place to learn on the go and perfect for studying while working as well

Great place to work to interact with defferent types of people and the feeling of helping an unhappy customer with their issues and helping them walk out happy is amazing

Pros: Great place to meet new people. And excellent place for learning new things threw the company and even via your customers
Cons: Long working hours and dealing with un happy customers

No room for growth

No salary increases,no room for growth. Women are underrepresented in company men are more likely to be promoted than females.No end of year bonuses.

Working in retail

I have never worked at a Company that i did not enjoy my job. I like getting up in the morning and going to work. I love working! I belief that a job is what you make of it, good or bad. I enjoy challenges and love doing different things.

Pros: I'm a hard worker
Cons: I do not want to work Retail hours anymore

Excellent learnign and technical support

my role is apple doctor work is great just the comm structure that fluctuate and sometime you make less come due to price drops. Over all a great company to work for have medical aid and provident fund

Gained a wealth of knowledge. Best Telecommunications company to work for.

A very dynamic company. My relationship with my coworkers is good, we are very open with each other and can hash out any issues. I cannot say every day is the same! There are always surprises.

Good experience

I've gained a lot in my current job, staff here are friendly and some may not be which is challenging. The working environment here u can adapt very quick. Working with the telecommunications group is stressful cause theres lots of clientele in the industry and much to learn and gain from.

Pros: Experience by meeting and knowing your clientell
Cons: Hours are the worst very long shifts

Good learning curve and challenging

Good company to work for, we're like a really small family, do alot of teM buoldings. Challenging industry and you have to be on your A game, though growth is a bit limited
