Patience with clients

Inbound and outbound call center, training new staff on things they will be doing daily, explaining to clients their invoices in terms of the insurance money that is charged, preparing credits and debits, first call resolution, making an informed decision if need to, if there is no senior around then client needs to be assisted accordingly then a decision needs to be made. I have also learned to correct my co-worker if they have done a mistake i also dont take any offense if i made a mistake, after all we learn something new everyday. I enjoy and love when i have assisted the client with their query that no one could find a solution, making the client happy makes me happy as well. Getting difficult clients has taught me to listen nd always be calm so we can come up with a solution.

Cons: Working overtime and volunteering on Saturday’s to push work

opportunity to study

very busy environment, answering calls complaints and queries. Had a god relationship with co- workers very professional, i have learnt that clients must be treated with dignity irrespective of their status. i enjoyed most when the client was happy with the query that she had and was resolved in efficient and effective manner. the most challenging aspect was when the client has been sent from pillar to post with no resolution and no one wanted t take responsibility that was very frustrating but will ensure that I assist the client efficiently and effectively

Excellent learning

Excellent learn curve

The company is very family orientated, caring & understanding. Excellent team building skills. Fun, vibrant & fast paced. It's always busy & never have nothing to do. Have to deal with a load of angry people

Excellent learning curve

It takes 2 to 7 days to be delivered. One tube lasts around 6 weeks. If you would like to order let me know how many tubes you would like.

Excellent learning curve

Not working at the moment, but the last company I worked for was very nice. People I worked with was chilled. I learned a lot from my colleagues and seniors as well as my manager. I really enjoyed working at Cellsure, because the environment was nice and everybody minded their own business.
