Career opportunity for Staff

Working for a big company like Cell c has taught me a lot in terms of respecting customers, meeting customers needs at all times and keeping our customers happy at all times. people are my inspiration and that has help me a lot to deal with irate customers and retaining them, The relationship between different department has help bringing our company in map hence we are the best employee of the year and its because we respect each other and team work within the different department is phenomenal. i enjoy meeting different people interacting and most important keeping them and serving all their needs, iv'e learn never to disrespect and judge anyone, treat all the customer the same and keep the happy at all times Customers who refuse to be assisted or irate customer who wants things to be done their own way, every company has its own rules and regulations.

Pros: Building rapport with customers, assisting them in an appropriate manner that's builds customer loyalty.
Cons: Lack of communication within the company

Needing new employment challenge

handling calls and cases with direct communication with client and customers having co oops meetings and doing the miniatures for that meeting learning of each and everyday problem solving and better service performative

Amazing communication and active environment

Fast paced energetic and service driven amazing trainers company looks out for their people dealing with conflicted customers was a breeze co workers very supportive and helpful learnt how to approach customers and look at their body language most difficult aspect is the if a cellphone is not in a good condition and. Customer brings iT back

Good environment

I enjoy my job I have challenge when it comes to concerns.stock issues. Not taken seriously Working trough an agency Perhaps that's why our voices aren't heard.they all about you(me)making more money for them.not for yourself.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working for Cell C. All my co workers we got along very well . I have learn accountability, Respect, Ubuntu & going an extra mile to deliver the best .The most challenging part was not being made permanent after working for them for more than 2 years

Pros: I'm willing to grow in the organisation
Cons: 12 hours a day I'm up for it .

Excellent learning curve

I think cellc is a good stepping stone especially for fresh students from varsity life, although it doesnt pay very well but they do really assist the youth of south africa to be employed while they still searching for better jobs.

Am very good in talking to customers with a lot o experience

i attended school till metric and i worked for companies for a long time i worked for merchants for 3 years and i worked for webhelp for 2 years and i moved to work for cell c which am finding the job very easy because i was now used to assist UK customers so when talking to South Africans it becomes more simply for me

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: The company is very nice course we working shifts so the hours are not strainers so we that it give me a chance o relaxing at sometimes
